What is a Plate Induction Heat Treatment Furnace?
It is a non-contact heating equipment for steel plates, using electromagnetic induction. It converts AC to DC, then to high-frequency AC, generating a magnetic field to induce eddy currents in steel plates, realizing fast internal heating without direct contact.
Forever Electromechanical’s equipment covers various models, customizable by steel plate thickness (≥5mm), material, temperature and efficiency, suitable for annealing, quenching and tempering.
